Mission
For over 3 decades, we have been the Nation’s Premier Provider of Federal Employee Benefits Training for all US Federal Employees and the Financial Professionals who advise them.
As a private woman-owned small business, we take pride in the fact that we were the pioneer of what is now a thriving industry. We are – and always have been – the original and most trusted resource for Federal Benefits training seminars. Known for our integrity, transparency, professional competence, and high standards of ethics, we have earned the trust of thousands of Federal Employees and Benefit Advisors. Our mission is to continue honoring that trust – in every possible way.
Divided into two related but separate parts – one for Federal employees, HR staff and one for Financial Advisors – we have the capacity to take a very complex set of continually changing benefit regulations and distill them into clear training sessions that leave no question unanswered and no ambiguities unaddressed.
In addition, with over 1,000 Certified Financial Planners, Insurance agents and Attorneys who are current holders of our esteemed ChFEBC℠, Designation, we are able to provide federal employees with the names of financial advisors they can count on for guidance as they chart their personal financial future.
